Our policy regarding order cancellations or changes in order size is flexible, and we strive to accommodate your needs with the utmost care and understanding.

Therefore, we have implemented binding orders and cooperation agreements, including cancellation fees, which are tiered according to various time intervals in a percentage coefficient.

The minimum order for office catering varies depending on the size of your company and your needs, and the minimum number of people depends on the specific menu options.

However, we can handle all buffets and meal deliveries to the office for a minimum of 5 people.

It is important to note that the fewer people we cater for, the higher the financial requirement for such catering will be.

Yes, we offer various fun activities for the whole family, including on-site barbecues, musical performances, and interactive games and competitions.

We collaborate with our colleagues from Halus and they can provide, for example, children's bouncing attractions, a moderator, face painting, and other accompanying programs for FAMILY DAY.

Our menu for conference events includes a wide range of dishes from light snacks to full dinners, which can be tailored to the needs and preferences of the participants.

We handle the offer individually with each client, according to the client's needs and the possibilities of the catering location.

The word 'planning' comes from the act of planning, and we also do not provide catering.

What we require is that information regarding the number of attendees be communicated to us at least 10 working days before the catering event.

For guests with food intolerances or sensitivities, we address these issues with clients in advance.

If a person with intolerance attends the event, we strive to do our utmost to manage this unforeseen situation, if within our capabilities.

At receptions, dishes are labeled if they are gluten-free, and gluten-free bread is available upon request to prevent contamination, as are the dishes.

Of course, you can have your own drinks, and we do not charge a service fee for that.

We will provide you with inventory, technology, and staff, and we will charge you for that.

We dedicate individual attention to every wedding couple and together with them, we plan the menu according to their wishes, preferences, and budget.

Unlike our competitors, we do not conduct mass or group tastings; instead, we prefer a private setting in an intimate atmosphere.
